Mentorship

Housing Innovations Africa Ltd is proud to be part of TAA  mentorship programme. For the first cohort, we are mentoring three mentees from JKUAT.

TAA in partnership with JKUAT, have crafted a dynamic, site-based training curriculum tailored to equip student and graduate architects with real-world experience, professional growth, and meaningful mentorship.

For 8 weeks, the mentees are stationed at our active construction sites , learning directly from seasoned professionals and gaining valuable industry exposure.

The programme will conclude with a vibrant graduation ceremony hosted by Crown paints. A moment to celebrate the milestones and future of our mentees.
